1. Can I walk in to the warehouse
directly and purchase fasteners?
Absolutely. Any customer, small or large, is more
than welcome to come to our facilities to order or pick-up fasteners.

2. What types of shipping services
do you have available?
Within the Greater New England area, we try to
use our fleet of trucks. If that is not possible, we choose
the most economically efficient method, usually utilizing UPS
or LTL (Less than Truckload) carrier. We also have strategic
partnerships nationwide that allow customers to pick-up or ship-out
orders to reduce freight charges.
Truck shipment orders are prepaid $750 east of
the Mississippi and $1000 west of the Mississippi.

4. What are your hours of operation?
The sales department is open Monday through Friday
from 6:30 a.m. until 3:45 p.m. EST. The sales counter is open Monday
through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 3:45 p.m. EST. We also offer
24 hours a day, seven days a week, emergency service.
5. How are shipping charges
calculated?
Shipping varies according to product type, method
of transportation and destination - we will send it the most
economical way.
6. How can I check on
an order I that has been placed to find the status of the shipment?
Call the sales
department, and they can track your order to give you an
instantaneous response.
7. How can I place an order or
quote inquiry?
To place an order or quote inquiry, you can either
download and fax or submit online an order
form or quote inquiry. In addition, you can call
directly to speak to a sales rep. Or, you can email a sales
team member at sales@frandanbolt.com
- whichever is easier for you.
8. Do you take special product
orders?
We carry a vast inventory of standard and specialty
fasteners that will meet most of your needs. If you have a special
order print, provide us with a drawing or the project specifications,
and FRAN-DAN will have it custom manufactured for you.
9. How long will it take to
receive my order?
We have a fill rate of 98% per order. Therefore,
will call orders can be ready moments after the order is placed.
UPS and FedEx orders will be shipped the same day if the order
is placed by 3:00 p.m. EST. Carrier and truck shipments will
be made the same day, if the order is placed by 2:00 p.m. EST.
After 2:00 p.m. EST, carrier and truck shipments will be made
the following business day. If FRAN-DAN is delivering your order
via one of our trucks, you will have your order the next business
day.
10. Is there a minimum piece
quantity on purchases?
No. We do ask that you try to purchase box quantities,
when applicable. Please ask a sales associate for box quantities
on your specific order.
11. What are your terms of
payment? Do you accept credit cards?
Our standard payment terms are Net 30 for established
accounts. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
12. Is there a minimum charge
for purchases?
There is a $25 minimum charge on credit card purchases.
There is no minimum purchase for established accounts.
13. What is your return policy?
All claims are limited to the amount of the invoice
and must be made within 10 days. Unauthorized returns will not
be accepted. A handling charge of 20% will be made unless FRAN-DAN
is at fault. Material to be returned must be in its original
packaging and in full container quantities. It must be in salable
condition.
14. Do you offer any other special
services?
In addition to our value
added services, we will be more than happy to have one of
our salespeople come to your location and customize a fastener
program that is suitable to your company's needs. Your sales
person can then set up a schedule, convenient for you, to return
and maintain your fastener supply. You can call
